01 Acceptance of Terms

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.

• Account usernames cannot be changed after registration. Contact support if there is an error in your registered details.

Jillihot may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Jillihot currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. The minimum deposit amount is ৳10. Withdrawal minimums and processing times are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Jillihot does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. • Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
